Chicago Avenue Improvement Project

The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) is improving Chicago Avenue from Laramie to Grand Avenue. This marks the second phase of the Chicago Avenue improvement project, which is upgrading chicago Avenue from Laramie to I-90/94. The project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
