stabilize, and foster community and economic development.  Adrienne has 35 years of experience in finance delivering treasury and operational knowledge to state government and banking industries. A practical troubleshooter with unique ability to solve large-scale problems, she takes pleasure utilizing her financial strenght  to deliver effective solutions to the challenges some organizations face, Adrienne's previously was employed with the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) for 20 years in varies positions. There she played a vital role in the financial goals of the Authority by financing, developing, and managing the development and affordability of single and multi-family housing for the state of Illinois. She ended her tenure as Senior Manager of Financial Operations in 2014, were she managed front, middle and back office functions. Her responsibilities included portfolio, cash and bond management, financial reporting, banker/broker relationships, systems, audit, and compliance.  She sits on the board of Neighborhood Housing Service Redevelopment Corp and the West Humboldt Park Advisory Council to connect and understands the challenges and solutions for the community. From 2003-2008 while serving as Trustee for a church she previously attended, Adrienne managed 35 units of mixed housing on the west side of Chicago. Currently she’s an outreach leader at Apostolic Faith Church where she serves the homeless population by visiting shelters, providing food, clothing, toiletries and words of encouragement with a team of other parishioners. Adrienne earned her undergraduate degree from Dominican University in Business Administrative. and a Masters of Arts from DePaul University in Applied Professional Studies with emphasis and practices in leadership, ethical reasoning, communication skills, research, and theory. She is a wife, mother, homeowner, enjoys playing with her dogs, entertaining and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
