Passport to Wellness: Your Guide to Free Events in West Humboldt Park

Let's get healthy together! Join us this spring for the Passport to Wellness Program! Passport to Wellness is a free 6 week program where we help you reach your health goals. This free program starts on March 13 and runs until April 23rd.

During the 6 Week Passport Program you will receive a passport and a list of free community health and wellness events. Throughout the 6 weeks you can attend the free events, receive signatures on your passport, and work towards your health goals. At the end of the 6 weeks we will have a celebration event where 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be given to those that receive the most signatures on their passport.

Learn more at our March 15th Goal Setting workshop from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Richard M Daley Library 733 N Kedzie. You will receive 5 signatures for attending!

1. Pickup your passport at any of the events listed on the Spring Wellness Evnets Calendar or at Kelly Hall YMCA 824 N Hamlin

2. Get Active! Attend classes and events to reach your health goals. 

3. Celebrate your success at the passort to wellness celebration!
