To qualify you must meet three key criteria:

1. Total Household Income cannot exceed 60% of Chicago area median income
2. You are a first time homebuyer
3. You are able to obtain a mortgage

APPLICATION:

To begin the process you need to complete the Membership Enrollment Form  to become a member of the First Community Land Trust of Chicago.  To apply please complete the Intake Form.
