Affordable Housing

We work with our partners to build quality affordable single family-homes for low-to-moderate income families.  We also work to provide resources to help families improve their economic standing and become involved  in community planning.

First Community Land Trust of Chicago.

Our sister organization, the First Community Land Trust of Chicago, utilizes the land trust model to provide new affordable single-family homes to first time homebuyers that are permanently affordable.  Subsidies for qualified buyers make owning your own home easier than you may imagine.

As a Housing Resource Center we provide referral to other affordable housing opportunities in Chicago.
