Overview

The West Humboldt Park Development Council is the only organization in West Humboldt Park providing a comprehensive approach to community and economic development in this Westside neighborhood.  Our mission is to act as a catalyst for family, community and economic development.  In lieu of providing direct social services and programming, the Council acts with strategic partners to facilitate block club network goals, community economic development & household economic advancement projects, and the development of permanently affordable single-family homes.  This holistic approach promotes job creation, entrepreneurship, and economic development on both the macro- and micro-levels.
